Built a Salesforce-powered rental platform that enables property discovery, automates tenant inquiries, and streamlines lease agreement signing through a seamless digital experience.
This project focused on building a complete digital experience for managing rental properties, from property discovery to lease agreement execution, using Salesforce. The goal was to demonstrate how real estate businesses can streamline their operations, reduce manual effort, and provide a seamless experience for both property managers and tenants.
A public-facing portal was developed using Salesforce Experience Cloud, allowing users to browse available properties with dynamic filters such as budget, number of bedrooms, amenities, and availability. This made it easy for potential tenants to explore listings and find suitable options without needing manual assistance.
Once a user showed interest in a property, the system captured their inquiry directly into Salesforce and triggered automated workflows for follow-ups and notifications. This ensured that every lead was tracked properly and responded to in a timely manner, improving engagement and reducing missed opportunities.



The solution also included end-to-end lease agreement automation using DocuSign. Lease documents were generated and sent directly from Salesforce with pre-filled data, allowing tenants to review and sign agreements digitally. Signed documents were automatically stored and linked to the relevant records, ensuring compliance and easy access
In addition, reporting and dashboards were implemented to give property managers visibility into key metrics such as inquiry volume, occupancy rates, and rental performance. This helped in making informed decisions and improving overall business efficiency.
Overall, the platform provided a scalable and automated solution for managing rental operations, enhancing customer experience, and enabling a fully digital leasing process.
